The facilities are comfortable and clean; the location is particularly good in the best area.

i had a clean room with a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge. the offered breakfast was reasonably good and included a wide range of options. the staff were accommodating and amazingly nice all the time.

The hotel is clean with GREAT service. I have stayed in an a single room with TV set, a fridge, and a work desk. The property's staff are incredibly nice.

The location was great and magnificent, Plaza Italia was approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. the area was good, near many restaurants, bars, shops, and cafes. - I loved the wonderful interior of the room and the large bed.

Rugatino is a very cosy hotel. We enjoy a lot our time there. The room simple, but is shine, clean and warm. The breakfast is typical from Argentina, with "mezzalunas" and "dulce de leche". All the staff is from Italy, and we felt there.

The shower is very good, but the towels is a little bit old. The room is just fine for a couple, but should be small for travelling with friends. No frigobar in the room.

Staff was very helpful, made suggestions of things to do. Some restaurants recomended were good and some were not so good. Over all we had a nice stay.

Hotel Rugantino was a fantastic hotel and fantastic value. The rooms were spacious and airy, the staff was fantastically helpful, the hotel was filled with lush greenery and the breakfast was quite tasty-- best medialunas I've had in 3 trips to Argentina. Highly recommend it given great location and reasonable price.

Great hotel, room with window facing street was a tad noisy on Saturday evening but nothing out of the ordinary for the area.

Great Staff; very friendly and really helpful. The hotel is in a good location for restaurants, bars and the metro. Beautiful internal courtyard over two floors with creative use of plants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. As soon as you walk into the hotel, you are made to feel welcome and at ease. A lot of thought has gone into the decoration and design of the hotel which was personally recommended to us .

We only stayed for one night but thought the rooms might be a bit small for a longer stay.

This hotel in Palermo, Buenos Aires is a hidden gem! The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. They pay attention to all the details, with comfortable rooms that have wonderful interiors and AC. Plus, the breakfast is simply delicious!
